Knott County Health & Rehab Center would like to express our appreciation to all Veterans. Today we celebrated and recognized our veterans here. Veterans Larry Harlan and Ronald presented a gift basket of snacks and special treats to our local DAV Chapter 171 under the command of Arthur Mullins. Each veteran was presented a certificate of appreciation. They shared their personal experience with us and Larry Harlan had his original Army uniform and other memorabilia to share. We also watched “The Boeing Story.” It was a heartfelt and touching tribute to our Veterans.
Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in the beautiful mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, also referred to as the “Elk Capital of the East”. Our home provides many services including 24 hour nursing care, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also have a new state of the art therapy and rehab department located on our Debra K Reynolds wing that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.
