Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center is so proud to announce that our own Ms. Amanda Slone won the 6th Place Statewide 2016 KAHCF Top Caregiver Award. Amanda goes out of her way every day to care for our residents. She represents the quality of care we provide our residents and we couldn’t be more proud.
Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in the beautiful mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, also referred to as the “Elk Capital of the East”. Our home provides many services including 24 hour nursing care, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also have a new state of the art therapy and rehab department located on our Debra K Reynolds wing that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.
