Residents, Families and staff enjoyed the delicious Thanksgiving meal prepared by our awesome Dietary Staff at Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center. We had many to join us and share this wonderful day. We hope everyone enjoyed spending time with their loved ones as much as we did.
Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in the beautiful mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, also referred to as the “Elk Capital of the East”. Our home provides many services including 24 hour nursing care, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also have a new state of the art therapy and rehab department located on our Debra K Reynolds wing that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.
