We truly appreciate all the work and dedication our nurse aides demonstrate daily here taking care of our residents. They are truly the greatest. We have lots of fun events planned for them throughout the week. Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center has an awesome team of nurse aides.
Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in the beautiful mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, also referred to as the “Elk Capital of the East”. Our home provides many services including 24 hour nursing care, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also have a new state of the art therapy and rehab department located on our Debra K Reynolds wing that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.
