Last week, staff of Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center participated in a community event for Kenny’s Kids. This event was held in a gymnasium and they handed out food to local kids. This organization helps support children with either a disability or in an abusive home. Kenny’s Kids works with the community to allow the affected children the freedom to live safe, fulfilling lives and providing a hand up, not a handout. The charity provides hope and fun filled life experiences to bring the kids a more normal, happy, and peaceful outlook for the future.
