Rachael Honeycutt was presented a very distinguished award at Knott County’s 5th annual Gingerbread Festival Civic Night. She was chosen the 2022 Young Woman of the Year. We are very very proud of her. Congrats!!

We provide 24-hour nursing care and long and short term rehabilitation services. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
