Dedicated staff worked hard on Labor Day to make our prize winning Homemade Gingerbread. We make over 2000 pieces and our residents agree it is the BEST Gingerbread. Come by our booth, Knott County Health & Rehabilitation Center during the 35th Annual Gingerbread Festival starting this Thursday, September 8th through Saturday, September 10th to get yours. We also made homemade Peanut Butter Fudge and Chocolate Fudge. It was a pleasure to see our Medical Director, Dr. Grady Stumbo stop by while making rounds to get a sample too. Hope to see everyone.
Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in the beautiful mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, also referred to as the “Elk Capital of the East”. Our home provides many services including 24 hour nursing care, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also have a new state of the art therapy and rehab department located on our Debra K Reynolds wing that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy.
