Residents at Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center had some fun the other day peeling and prepping some peaches. These peaches were used to create a yummy homemade peach cobbler. Residents and staff had a fun outing around town including a trip to Goodwill and lunch at Steak and Shake. They especially want to thank the waiter and staff at Steak and Shake for making them feel welcomed. Best service ever and the food was delicious.
